ABOUT THE MASTER CHEFS' INSTITUTE SEAL OF EXCELLENCE

The Master Chefs Institute's Seal Of Excellence has been developed for both the consumer and food service markets. It signifies that food product or equipment has achieved the Master Chef standard of quality.

To receive the Master Chefs Institute's Seal Of Excellence, products must undergo rigorous testing by a panel of Master Chefs. When the Seal Of Excellence is displayed, you know that the product has been judged superior in its quality and application.

BPI Earns Seal of Excellence for Four Products

After rigorous testing and analysis by the Master Chefs, four of Beef Product's Inc.of Dakota Dunes, South Dakota, earned the prestigious Master Chef Institute Seal of Excellence. The Select Enhanced Strip Steak, 95% Lean Beef, the Select Enhanced Rib Eye and the Enhanced Pork Loin have achieved this most significant distinction. The Master Chefs conducted hundreds of individual tests and evaluations. BPI products were compared to a control group of two other competitors in the same category, and in most cases, were judged to be superior in the all important categories of taste, texture and tenderness. The results and recommendations are detailed and summarized in four extensive reports, which were shared with BPI.
